This address is monitored. Replies may come from hello@havory.app. Privacy-rights, account-deletion, security, abuse, and legal requests are prioritised and tracked to closure; ordinary support requests receive an acknowledgement and follow-up. Transactional authentication email is described in the Privacy Policy.

Privacy Requests
You may contact Havory to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or other privacy-right handling where available under applicable law.
Some actions can also be completed directly in the app, including editing inventory content and requesting account deletion.
Data export requests are handled manually through this support address at launch. After verifying the request against the account's confirmed contact details, Havory can prepare a ZIP containing machine-readable JSON account and inventory data together with linked private photos. The package is delivered through an access-controlled, expiring channel rather than as an ordinary email attachment.
Account Deletion
Account deletion can be requested in the Havory app. After a deletion request, a 14-day restore window begins. During that window, you can restore the account by signing in and choosing to stop deletion.
No Contact Form
Havory does not provide a website contact form in the first release. This avoids collecting additional website form data through a separate processing path.
